Superior Waterproofing Solutions TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY

This transferable warranty is issued to the current property owner and is transferable to all subsequently property owners.

The new owner must notify Superior Waterproofing Solutions in writing within 30 businesses day after their closing date and submit proof of ownership.

All materials are guaranteed to be as specified. Superior Waterproofing Solutions guarantees its workmanship and the materials for the entire time in which the customer has title on said property against water penetrating the treated walls and floor area.

Warranty is automatically transferable to all subsequent owners at no charge. The treated walls and floor has a "life of the structure" warranty.
